1.This WQJY-50 profile bending machine,the top die is the passive drive roll,it's do the elevation movement through the hydraulic tank.The bottom die rotate by the engine,gear box and the torque which output from the gear.It's compact and easy maintenance.
2.The equipment consist of working part which is welded at the whole bottom pallet and the transmission part.The working parts are consisted by one bracket,three molds and some accessories.Through adjust the height of the upper mold to make the function of bending.The transmission parts are consisted by hydraulic station,engine,gear and other accessories.
3.Through the meshing of the output gear of the gear box and the mold gear to rotate the down mold.
4. The hydraulic oil of the hydraulic tank push the piston rod to make the upper mold elevate.
5. When rolling complete,lift the upper mold and take off the work piece from the upper and lower mold.
